Q. What does this service do?

It is a managed service that automatically restores music videos that have become unavailable on YouTube (due to deletion, privacy changes, country restrictions, or copyright blocks) by replacing them with alternative audio tracks.

Q. Is it free?

Yes, all features are provided 100% free of charge.

Q. When does the recovery process take place?

The system automatically runs every day around 10:00 PM PT standard time, to check registered playlists and perform recovery tasks. The exact time may vary depending on the situation.

Q. Does this work only for music playlists?

Yes. This service is designed to ensure the stability of music playlists. You can register playlists with non-music videos, but since alternative audio sources likely won't exist, successful recovery cannot be guaranteed.

Q. What is the "Filtered Videos Report"?

The Filtered Videos Report shows unavailable videos detected when a playlist is registered, such as deleted, private, or region-blocked videos. Pre-existing private and deleted videos are not stored in the database and are handled as part of the cleanup process by the background scheduler. However, pre-existing country-blocked videos are saved to the database, as their metadata can still be retrieved, allowing them to be processed for recovery. Videos that are not filtered in the report are considered valid. These videos are safely stored in the database and become eligible for ongoing tracking, recovery, and management.

Q. I see a "Quota Exceeded" warning.

Due to YouTube system limitations, there is a set daily limit (quota) for processing tasks. Playlist viewing, registration, tracking, and recovery all consume your assigned quota. If depleted, tasks may be paused. It resets the next day around 00:00 AM PT standard time, after which you can use the service again.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of playlists I can register?

There is no limit on the number of playlists. However, due to daily quota limitations, only some playlists might be successfully registered on a given day.

Q. Can I add or remove music from a registered playlist manually?

No problem at all. Any manual additions or deletions you make will be reflected during the system's next daily scan.

Q. It seems only partially recovered.

If your daily quota is exhausted, the remaining tasks will continue sequentially the next day. You can check the progress in the "Recovery History" menu.

Q. Why is VPN usage prohibited?

Some videos are only available (or blocked) in specific countries. To identify these cases accurately, we check your country code upon signup. VPN usage is restricted because it distorts this location data.

Q. Any other important notes?

Please note that videos that are already private or deleted when you first register a playlist cannot be recovered (as no backup metadata can be accessed) and will be sequentially removed during the routine cleanup. However, pre-existing country-blocked videos are an exception; their metadata is securely saved during the initial import, making them fully eligible for the AI recovery pipeline.

Even if you withdraw and re-join to avoid the quota limit, the assigned daily quota per user will not be reset. Please try again the next day.
